In 1998,CNDCA put forward the well-known" No.1 Overture" on" How to Promote the Development of China's Venture Capital Industry" ,which aroused considerable attention domestically and abroad. With the vigorous promotion and active propelling of the CNDCA,CVC was established on the direct support and initiative of Mr.Cheng Siwei--Father of China 's Venture Capital, who is the chairman of the central committee of the CNDCA and also the vice chairman of the Standing Commitee of the National People's Congress of China in April 2000,and its share¡ªholders are all well-known member corporations of CNDCA such as Tangren Investment Co.,Ltd,Tongwei Group ,Shengzhen Wanji Group, Beijing Linda Group,Tengen Group ,and etc.All these companies has given great supports to CVC.

Besides venture capital business and funds management,CVC also provides a wide range of investment bank services,include:assets management,enterprise evaluation,financial consultant,IPO planning and professional training etc.The main investment direction of CVC will involves in such hi-tech companies as environmental protection,biological medicine,new energy and new material and so on.
